Bibliographies provide advancement candidates with the list of references rating subject matter experts used to research and verify exam questions. HOW TO FIND YOUR BIB: Log on to Navy Knowledge Online (NKO). Under the Career Management tab, select Navy Advancement Center (NAC). Then select the top link on the NAC page – Bibliography for Advancement. Bibliographies are paygrade and rating specific.
